The Seven Deadly Sins missions are a thematically connected series of mission chains that take place in the Antilles. There are seven mission chains (one for each cardinal sin) containing five missions each, with similar rewards at the end (a Figurehead - which is a general bow outfitting for your ship - in each case). The connecting theme is the fight against a religious sect calling themselves the Naumannists who maintain that once someone has reached a sufficient state of holiness, that person cannot sin anymore by definition and can therefore get away with the worst atrocities.
Doing all seven mission chains triggers a final series of missions.

o Seeing Green + The Grass is Always Greener... (both are needed to unlock the next mission)
o It's Not Easy Being Green
o They Laid Him On the Green
o The Green-Eyed Monster
* Greed: in Puerta de Plata (mission level: 33)
o Note: as of 1.6.34.0., the Greed mission chain is broken, as the first mission (Coins for the Poor) cannot be completed (a known bug).
* Sloth: in Iguana (mission level: 34)
o Ghost Squadron
o Duty is a Four Letter Word
o God's Gold
o Finding God in the Bottom of a Bottle
o The King of Sloth
* Pride: in Gibara (mission level: 35)
o The Thief of Pride
o Art for Art's Sake
o Be He Ever So Humble
o The Seraphim Fleet
o Does He Not Bleed?
