Your User Content item 'Hello Kitty' was recently rejected for use in game. The reason given by the user content admin was:
Artwork that is copyrighted (including almost anything found via a Google Images search), trademarked, or "borrowed" from another artist without their express written permission (which must be communicated directly to the User Content Specialist or Director of Community Relations, by the person granting permission). This includes artwork already submitted for User Content.
